Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker / Turnover Technician to handle general property maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers. The ideal candidate should have their own tools, a reliable truck or large vehicle, and hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and unit turnover work.

• Handle basic electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.

• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, faucets, toilets, and pipes.

• Complete interior and exterior painting as needed.

• Prepare properties or units for new tenants by completing necessary repairs and touch-ups.

• Perform additional maintenance and repair tasks as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Travel to different job sites throughout parts of New Jersey as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, property repairs, and unit turnovers.

• Strong hands-on skills in electrical work, plumbing, and painting.

• Must have their own tools required to perform maintenance tasks.

• Must have a reliable truck or large vehicle to transport tools and materials.

• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and reliably.

• Willingness to travel to various locations throughout New Jersey.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, drywall repairs, flooring, and other general maintenance tasks.

• Flexible and able to handle multiple maintenance responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
