Job Description
We are working directly with Eli Lilly on these roles, and the candidate must be a US citizen or a Green Card holder.
We need 1 good candidate for each role.
Title: AI Project Delivery Lead
Location: Lebanon, IN (Onsite 3+ days/week)
Duration: 6-8 months (Contract)
Visa: UC/GC Only
MOI: Virtual
Pay Rate: $90/hr. On C2C
Responsibilities:
1. Total Experience
10–15+ years overall IT experience
5–8+ years in project/program delivery
2–4+ years specifically in AI/ML or advanced analytics delivery
· Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across LP1 manufacturing — including C&Q AI, PSM AI, advanced analytics, and project schedule automations
· Lead adoption and local activation of global AI products (e.g. enterprise agents, advanced dashboards, "process team of the future" initiatives)
· Identify and scope AI opportunities across site functions (ops, quality, HSE, etc.) — building a holistic use case pipeline, not one-off projects
· Coordinate synthetic data generation / data simulation efforts to support AI development in a greenfield environment
· Enable self-service AI solutions and support Claude project/skill development for site teams
· Design and deliver specialized AI upskilling — targeted content for SLT, D&D team, and cross-functional partners
· Build a sustainable AI knowledge base and site guidance documentation that outlives the contract
· Participate in and contribute to Office Hours; gather wins and evangelize AI value across the site
· Pull in Lilly technical SMEs as needed — you're orchestrating, not building models solo
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven ability to lead AI/ML solution delivery in a project management or product delivery capacity — not necessarily hands-on engineering
· Strong enough technical fluency to ask the right questions, evaluate approaches, and hold vendors/SMEs accountable
· Tool-agnostic mindset — comfortable navigating across Claude, Copilot, Power Platform, Python ecosystems, and whatever fits the problem
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — this role lives cross-functionally
· Experience driving technology adoption and change management, ideally in manufacturing or regulated (GxP) environments
· Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value for non-technical audiences
· Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast-moving greenfield site
