Job Title - Analyst/Developer
Location - Peoria, Illinois.
Visa: USC,GC,EAD,TN
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C
End Client: Caterpillar
Required Skills

- Experience working with APIs (data upload, creation, querying)

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Provides analytics and reporting support for business stakeholders and Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMA) by translating data into actionable insights
- Develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision‑making
- Partners closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Supports ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the team
- To enable data‑driven decision making by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics for the purpose of asset uptime and CMA efficiency
- To standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance

Work environment:
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience
