Required Skills

Core Skills

• Strong Python
• Strong SQL
• Experience working with APIs (data upload, creation, querying)

Nice-to-Have

• Pandas (included in technical screening, but not critical)
• Power BI or Tableau
  • Slight preference for Power BI, but flexible

Preferred Background

• Ideal profiles:
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
  • Software Engineering
• Previous candidate:
  • Strong in Java backend
  • Lacked Python (now required)
• Industry experience:
  • Preferred: Heavy equipment, manufacturing, automotive, OEM

Experience Requirements

• Target: 5–7 years
• Open to:

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Provides analytics and reporting support for business stakeholders and Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMA) by translating data into actionable insights
• Develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Partners closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Supports ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the team
• To enable data‑driven decision making by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics for the purpose of asset uptime and CMA efficiency 
• To standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance

Work environment:

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience
