Job Description
Sr. Peoplesoft Project Manager
CLIENT: University of California
MOI: Web Interview
Rate; 80/hr on C2C
VISA: UC/GC
Timeframe to Begin: Immediately
Length of Contract: 6-12 months
Remote: Remote 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT regardless of their current time zone
- This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management modules and PeopleSoft Upgrades (i.e., PUM, etc.)
- Must have 7+ years of overall PeopleSoft project manager experience
- 7 years’ experience as lead Project Manager with hands-on experience managing the project directly, responsible from end to end
- Manage at least 2-3 projects based on complexity or criticality
- Escalate in a timely manner
- Produce detailed project plans
- Drive project to completion
- Hold resources and task owners accountable
- Report out to senior executive leadership
- Well organized and can run project team meetings/Sprints
- Either step into project mid-way, or manage from start
- Can communicate and articulate very clearly to all levels of stakeholders
- Project Management Professional certification
- PeopleSoft module project management experience (WFA, ePerformance)
- Experience managing projects in higher education domain
- Experience managing SDLC related projects
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Project Management Professional certification
- Experience managing projects in higher education domain
