- Jira or backlog management
- Feature delivery without understanding business impact
Title: Product Intelligence Lead
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite)
Duration: 3-6 Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $110/hr. On C2C
Position Summary:
This position focuses on driving product strategy, prioritization, and value realization through AI-powered insights and decision-making.
The Product Intelligence Lead will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and Program and Portfolio leadership to ensure that product initiatives align with measurable business outcomes and consistently deliver value.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are specifically seeking candidates who actively leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot) to analyze data, generate insights, and support both product and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Convert business goals into product priorities and roadmaps
- Ensure all product initiatives are connected to measurable outcomes (e.g., adoption, revenue, efficiency)
Product Prioritization & Decision Support
- Lead prioritization of product features and initiatives based on value and impact
- Assess trade-offs and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Push back on low-value or misaligned initiatives
AI-Driven Analysis & Insights
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to:
- Analyze customer and product data
- Generate and synthesize insights
- Support product-related decisions
- Apply structured prompting and iterative refinement to improve output quality
- Use AI to enhance both speed and effectiveness of product analysis
Customer & Product Performance Monitoring
- Monitor product performance using:
- Usage data
- Adoption Metrics
- Customer feedback
- Identify gaps between delivered functionality and realized business value
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Engineering teams
- Design teams
- Business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap, delivery plans, and enterprise priorities
- Facilitate coordination across multiple teams and initiatives
Integration with Model
- Partner with:
- Program Intelligence Leads (execution)
- Portfolio Intelligence Director (strategy)
- Provide product-level insights to inform portfolio decisions
- Contribute to tracking value realization across programs
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in:
- Product Management
- Product Strategy
- Digital Product Leadership
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience working across:
- Business functions
- Engineering teams
- Data/analytics environments
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Define product strategy
- Prioritize work based on value
- Deliver measurable business outcomes
AI Requirements (MANDATORY):
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on, practical experience using AI tools in current or recent roles.
Required:
- Regular use of tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Microsoft Copilot
- Ability to clearly explain:
- How AI is used in day-to-day workflows
- How prompts are structured and refined
- How AI contributes to decision-making
Preferred:
- Experience developing or working with:
- AI workflows
- AI agents
- Data-driven AI applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience with:
- Product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
- Experience working with AI-enabled or digital platforms
- Background in healthcare or life sciences
Key Skills & Competencies:

- AI fluency (prompting and insight generation)
- Expertise in product prioritization and trade-off analysis
- Strong executive communication abilities
