SAP Functional Specialist – SAP IS-Retail 

Experience: 6 - 12 years 

REMOTE 

Experience: 

Minimum six years of consulting experience in SAP Master Data, with at least five full-cycle implementations. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Implement and support SAP Retail and master data solutions across the project lifecycle. 
• Analyse, validate and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into functional designs and development blueprints. 
• Design, customise, configure and test SAP IS-Retail. 
• Identify functional gaps, recommend workarounds and troubleshoot issues. 
• Advise customers on retail best practices and process improvements. 
• Manage multiple deliverables while coordinating with customers and project teams. 

Required capabilities: 

• Strong retail merchandising and master data process knowledge. 
• Experience with article master, site master, vendor, assortment and listing. 
• Knowledge of master data creation, maintenance, conversion and usage. 
• Familiarity with conversion tools and practices. 
• Understanding of SAP product and project lifecycles. 
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer-facing problem-solving skills.
