Job Description: Job Overview Role/Tech Stack: Senior Java Developer Location: CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) Experience: Strictly 5+ years Interview & Onboarding Process Internal Technical Round Face-to-Face (F2F) L1 Interview in Bangalore: BCIT, EC2, or GTP Bellandur OR Hyderabad: Gachibowli L2 Interview Final Selection Technical Skills Required 1. Mandatory Skills (Deep Expertise / Hands-on) Core Java (Java 8 to 17): Deep expertise required, specifically in Multithreading and Collections Framework for high-performance apps. (Must show ownership/leadership in this area). Spring Boot & Hibernate: Extensive, hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and ORM frameworks. SQL & Relational Databases: Strong proficiency in writing SQL and managing relational databases. Cloud (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure accepted): Experience deploying and managing applications in public cloud environments. 2. Nice-to-Have Skills (Exposure / Good to Have) Database: PostgreSQL experience. DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes for containerization and deployment. Frontend: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS is a plus). Unix/Linux: Strong command-line skills and essential shell commands.
