Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with woodwork, framing, installations, repairs, and finishing tasks in residential or commercial construction. Candidates must be able to read measurements, use carpentry tools safely, and complete work according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other construction materials.

• Build and install doors, windows, cabinets, shelving, frames, and other wooden structures.

• Perform rough carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry as required.

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.

• Install and repair flooring, trim, baseboards, and other carpentry components.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely.

• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Follow construction plans, safety regulations, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other tradespeople on job-site activities.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of residential or commercial construction methods.

• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and project specifications.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Strong measuring, cutting, installation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders when required.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
