Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability,
• scalability, and cost optimization
• Manage and support microservices architecture including deployment, monitoring,
• troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Administer and support Kubernetes clusters (EKS/self-managed) including upgrades,
• scaling, networking, and workload management
• Implement and manage AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF,
• KMS, Secrets Manager, Config, CloudTrail)
• Integrate and manage SecOps tooling within the DevOps pipeline (vulnerability
• scanning, SAST/DAST, compliance-as-code, container security)
• Administer Bitbucket repositories, manage branching strategies, and build/maintain
• Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD
• Manage Database services including RDS for PostgreSQL — provisioning, backups,
• performance tuning, patching, and migrations
• Administer Jira and Confluence environments including project configuration,
• workflows, permissions, plugins, and user management
• Build, manage, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines (declarative/scripted, shared
• libraries, agent management)
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform (modules, state
• management, workspaces, drift detection)
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and implement observability best practices
• Design, build and deploy AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, covering agent
• runtime, memory, tool and gateway integration, identity and access, and agent lifecycle
• across environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, ALB, CDN,
• S3, CloudWatch, Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore)
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, multi-account strategies, and landing zone
• architecture
• Experience with cost optimization and FinOps practices
• Proven experience supporting distributed microservices architectures with expertise in
• service mesh, API gateways, and inter-service communication patterns
• Deep experience with Kubernetes cluster administration (EKS preferred) including
• Helm, Kustomize, operators, RBAC, network policies, autoscaling (HPA/VPA/Cluster
• Autoscaler), and multi-tenancy
• Hands-on experience with AWS security services — IAM policies, SCPs, WAF, AWS
• Config, CloudTrail, KMS, and Secrets Manager
• Experience implementing least-privilege access, zero-trust principles, and AWS
• compliance frameworks
• Experience integrating SecOps/DevSecOps tools into CI/CD pipelines (Snyk, Trivy,
• Checkov, SonarQube, or similar) with understanding of OWASP, CIS benchmarks, and
• container security
• Proficiency in managing Bitbucket repositories, branch permissions, and
• building/maintaining Bitbucket Pipelines (YAML-based CI/CD)
• Experience provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting AWS RDS instances (Oracle
• SQL and PostgreSQL) including backups, replication, performance tuning, and
• migrations
• Experience administering Jira and Confluence environments — workflows, schemes,
• automation rules, permissions, spaces, and plugin management
• Strong experience building and managing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• (declarative/scripted), shared libraries, plugin management, and agent configuration
• 4+ years experience with Terraform — module development, remote state
• management, workspaces, drift detection, and state manipulation
• Understanding of hybrid connectivity solutions (Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway)
• Azure basics including Web Apps and Logic Apps/Workflows
• Exposure to integrating with third-party APIs (authentication, rate limiting, error
• handling, webhook management)
• Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore: building and deploying agents, model
• invocation, guardrails

Good to Have

• Azure (networking, SQL Managed Instance, AKS)
• Hands-on AI-DLC (AI-driven development lifecycle) experience with tools such as Kiro
• (preferred)
• AWS (Solutions Architect / DevOps Professional / ML / GenAI), CKA or Terraform
