Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications – CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
- ITIL Foundations V3 or higher certification
