Job Description

Position Overview: Sr Python Automation - BLR Exp: 5+ Please note that all the positions are Hybrid (3 days' work from the office). Kindly ensure the following while working on these requirements: Submit a minimum of 5 relevant CVs for each position. Thoroughly screen candidates before submission to ensure they meet the job requirements. Ensure candidates have excellent communication skills. Notice Period should be min 15-20 Days only. Submit only candidates who are genuinely interested and available to attend interviews as per the client's schedule. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, and REST APIs, with experience working with Google APIs and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our backend services and systems. Key Responsibilities: ● Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python. Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize performance. ● Database Management: Develop and manage SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity. ● API Integration: Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and external services. Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and well-documented. ● Google APIs & GCP: Utilize Google APIs to enhance application functionality and leverage GCP services for cloud-based solutions, including compute, storage, and database management. ● Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. ● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards. ● Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance. ● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for backend systems, APIs, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding. Qualifications: ● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in Python for backend development. ○ Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. ○ Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. ○ Hands-on experience with Google APIs and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ○ Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Experience: ○ 5+years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python, SQL, and REST APIs. ○ Demonstrated experience working with Google APIs and GCP services. ○ Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable backend systems. Soft Skills: ○ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. ○ Strong communication and collaboration abilities. ○ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
